Mach 5 is a distinctive duo from the Midwest, A.ware and Wretch Augustus, who combined forces as children a decade ago. Inspired by the 1960's animated series, Speed Racer, they created a unique sound that allows them express their feelings about pop culture, politics, art, and women. Abstract lyricists who brings a unique sound by laying their thought provoking, backpack raps over spaced-out punk rock instrumentals.
