Little is known about hip-hop group Lo-Down other than the duo was composed of rappers Chew (Jayh Moultrie) and Rapture (Kwesi Hall), that their song Mad Fright Night appeared on the 1995 soundtrack to the movie "Kids" directed by Larry Clark. The song originally appeared on the pressing of their January 1, 1994 vinyl release Instruments of Chaos (JH60) on Grifter Records. All tracks were produced by Iz Foh. The group also released a 12" called "Fright Nights", a precursor to "Mad Fright Night".
