Larry Coryell & Philip Catherine

Jazz guitarists Larry Coryell and Philip Catherine played together at the Montreux Jazz Festival in the mid 1970s and again at the Berliner Jazztage in November 1976. Following these appearances, Coryell and Catherine recorded two duet albums together (Twin House in 1977 and Splendid in 1978) and a live trio recording with Joachim Kuhn on piano in 1980. They also appeared together on the quartet albums Young Django (with violinist Stephane Grapelli and bassist Niels-Henning Orsted-Pedersen in 1979)...
