There are at least five artist called Kobe: 1) Kobe is the pseudonym of French electronic composer S?bastien Rou?, who released a well-received album back in 2003, "Made of water", on the Diesel Combustible label. S?bastien is also a member of band Osaka, together with Yannick Martin. 2) KOBE's Economy of Movement is an instrumental percussion-based experimental album inspired by Japanese Taiko/Kodo drumming and Western industrial music.

5) Kobe is a nu metal band from Sidoarja, East Java, Indonesia.
Its formation starts on May 25th 1997 as a indie band under the name Drum Diesel. But it never produced an album. In 2000 there was a member change and the bandname changed into Kobe. And with that also the flow of sound into Nu Metal. In 2004 the band changed members again, this time they added a percussion player. But it didnt worked out that well, so in 2007 they replaced him for a DJ.
