Kiln is a name of, at least, three acts: 1) An American Sound-Art Trio. 2) A Sep?nkeskus, Jyv?skyl? band. 3) An experimental jazz quartet. 1) KILN is Kevin Joseph Hayes, Kirk Marrison and Clark Rehberg III. Formed in 1993, they have built a expansive discography over the years, continuing to explore the intuitive fulcrum of melodic texture & rhythm within the discipline of homegrown headphoponic sound. 2) Kiln is a band formed in the dark cellars of Sep?nkeskus, Jyv?skyl? in winter 2006. Main target was to create rough, merciless & even brutal kind of metal with some cool rhythms and tunes. After few line-up changes they found the ultimate fruitcake-group.
