Detroit-area newcomer JAMEZ (born James David Daniel II) would be best described as a multi-faceted musical talent with an uncanny ability to connect to a diverse audience hungry for fresh and unique beats. Along with being a singer/rapper, JAMEZ is also a self-taught songwriter, producer, re-mixer, hip-hop dancer, and instrumentalist. He has developed an ever-growing online fanbase through a collection of playful, catchy tunes which blend together the perfect combination of pop, hip-hop, and club music.

Since August 2010, JAMEZ has drawn over 72,000 views on MySpace, and his first re-mix "Imma Wasp" released September 11, 2010 has garnered over 38,000 plays to date.


JAMEZ is heading into the studio to work on his debut album due out mid-to-late 2011.
With the release of his mixtape this past September 2010, JAMEZ has already drawn the
interest of several record labels and this interest is only expected to grow.
