Jackviper are a sleaze rock band that formed in London, UK in 2005. Jackviper have featured on several major national UK tours supporting successful well known artists such as Vixen, and both incarnations of L.A. Guns. Jackviper are the first unsigned band in history to have a full song pre-loaded onto half a million Creative Zen V MP3 players, and have recently landed an endorsement deal with Marshall Amplification. Jackviper have been featured twice in international metal magazine Metal Hammer who describe the band as having "The speed of Mot?rhead and the intensity of Guns N' Roses".

The band's influences include acts like M?tley Cr?e (glam metal) and Guns N' Roses, the band who brought sleaze rock to public attention with their 1987 debut Appetite for Destruction. Other acts that have influenced the band include Nine Inch Nails, Love/Hate, Mot?rhead and Beautiful Creatures
Jackviper's song 'Walk the line' was included on Perris Records' Worldwide Network CD. The CD also included work by members of Yes, Survivor, Dangerous Toys and Celtic Frost, and was released in late February 2007.
Jackviper also have two songs on the soundtrack to David A. Prior's horror movie Zombie Wars. Zombie Wars will be released in late 2007.
In summer 2007 Jackviper were invited to Los Angeles to play the annual Cr?efest (a tribute festival to rock legends M?tley Cr?e at the infamous Whisky a Go-Go on Sunset Strip). The band have also been invited out to New York in November to play the first ever New York Cr?efest on November 11th. Jackviper are the first British band ever to be invited to play two different Cruefests in the same year.
