Isaac has always been a noisy, music lovin' chap. When he was a babe he would only sleep with heavy rock blasting out whilst his pushchair was being banged against a wall in time to the music. He started showing interest in the guitar toward the end of last year and was bought a guitar for Christmas, but disaster struck ! Whilst ice skating on Christmas eve he fell over and in typical Isaac accident prone style broke his left wrist meaning he couldn't even practice chord shapes or get his fingers used to holding down strings.
So mid February the cast finally came off and since then there has been no stopping him. His first gig was in June when he played two or three songs ( all he had ) at a small venue here in Jersey. Since then he has played amongst many others, Jersey Live, Vale Earth Fair, Branchage Film Festival, The Opera House supporting Nerina Pallot and has even met Newton Faulkner and played a couple of his songs to him at Grassroots festival. He's just been invited to support JJ Gilmour in Scotland toward the end of the year and is looking forward to a busy 2010 with gigs already lining up. Not a bad start for a 14 year old who only started playing, singing and song writing guitar in February this year! All of Isaacs songs have been written by him and he is now working with a keyboard to further open up his songwriting.
