Guy David

Guy David play a blend of Drum'n'Bass, Ambient, Techno and IDM. His interest in writing music lies in breaking time, distorting it and rearranging it. Currently, Guy David is working on a technique he calls "Voice Deconstruction". The voice deconstruction technique involves the recording of a voice, singing or talking, disassembling the recording and then assembling it in a completely new order. A genuine voice deconstruction may contain only reassembled recorded voice. No effect filters, changes in pitch or other voice altering techniques are allowed.

Guy David creates music using Reason and Recycle software from Propellerhead. He uses recycle to break samples into small pieces and Reason to manipulate them and create new sounds and music sequences.
