Aftergrass

Aftergrass is a 5 piece band from Durango, Colorado. The band has been playing together in one form or another since 2002 and consists of Bob Demmon on Bass, Jesse Mattice on Guitar, Kelly Hill on Mandolin, Eric Kiefer on Drums and Josh Arnold on vocals. Aftergras released their self-titled debut CD in early 2008, a disc the Durango Herald called "A lush collection of musical styles." While the CD took a snapshot of the band's writing and thinking at the time, the live show continuted to grow, consisting of largely original music that simply insists that the crowd dance.

The members of Aftergrass all play multiple instruments, so seeing a switch on stage or hearing strange experimental studio tracks is not uncommon. In 2009 the band continued to grow, playing shows around the rockies (many are available at Archive.Org) and continuing to write new material. Keep your eyes open, they're heading your way!
