Glorious Monster to Release Debut Album, ?Adventures on Earth? ?Adventures on Earth,' the first full-length album release from Minneapolis-based band Glorious Monster, is due to be released in the spring of 2007. The culmination of over a years worth of writing, recording and producing, ?Adventures on Earth' embodies a colorful palette of lyrical ideas and emotions in its presentation of both the miraculous and the disturbing aspects of the modern world. An intricate combination of guitars, keyboards, and studio wizardry compliment the sweet falsetto of vocalist Brian Casey. Beautiful, haunting, and powerful, Monster's debut is as diverse as it is cohesive, flowing seamlessly from beginning to end in a way reminiscent of a Pink Floyd record, rendering ?Adventures on Earth' not merely a collection of songs, but a genuine album.

Up until this point, Glorious Monster has been a strictly studio band, winning fans over the internet through leaked song releases and MySpace. Monster's upcoming live shows will feature a groundbreaking mix of live instruments (featuring additional live musicians) and electronic samples and loops, created live on stage, making a Glorious Monster show as unique as their recordings.

A two man team in the studio, Glorious Monster is made up of Danny Burke (electronic musician/pianist) and Brian Casey (vocalist/guitarist), who met while attending the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. While making music together for the sheer love of the jam, they realized their skills were complimentary and began working together on a variety of musical projects ranging from film scores to pop/rock production. After graduating from St. Thomas in the spring of 2005, they formed their own music production company, Skeptic Music, and started making a name for themselves as the boy-genius music production team, ?The Skeptics.' As ?The Skeptics', they have written and produced music used in national television advertisements, movie trailers, and television shows, as well as scored several short and feature-length nationally released films. They have also worked as producers for other artists, including ?The Umbrella Sequence', ?Matthew Hope' and ?Humanboy.'

Glorious Monster plans on playing live in support of ?Adventures on Earth' throughout the duration of 2007. They also plan on releasing an EP of ?Adventures on Earth' remixes in the months following the album release. Monster's debut marks the beginning of an extraordinary sound and style. It is an introduction and first taste of a new conglomerate of musical talent, a first taste that will leave both young and old music fanatics alike salivating for more.
