Global Trancemission

According to mixposure.com 'Global Trancemission' is the moniker for a solo artist named Peter C. who hails from England. Most of the sounds are guitar-based, and processed through hardware synthesizers (Roland, Korg, Novation, Waldorf, and Access) and VSTI's. This artist bases his compositions around deep space vistas , mythology, and even some supernatural themes. His style blurs the boundaries between electronica, ambience, and experimental psyambience.

Currently, three albums are available for Global Trancemission: (2006) Infinite Space, (2008) Astromegatron, and (2010) Opening The Cosmic Gate. His primary influences are rooted-in the mid-60's British Blues movement, and were further germinated, by a seminal Tangerine Dream performance. Other major influences includes the bands: Pink Floyd, Yes, Uriah Heep, and Hawkwind. He is currently working on a fourth album for release in 2011.
