Actually there are at least 7 bands/artists called Glacier around at this moment. 1) An American power metal band that released only a self-titled EP in 1985 and two demos before breaking up. 2) Glacier is the alias of Melody D's ambient piano tunes. Glacierisation was released independently on December 6th, 2005 and Songs From Under Umbrellas was finished as of September 28th, 2006. Another album is currently in the works. 3) Glacier is a Hamburg-based indierock/shoegaze-band who released their debut-album A Sunny Place For Shady People on October 13th, 2006.
