Gil GIllespie

Gil Gillespie has been involved in the West Wales music scene for many a year. He is rooted in a very strong songwriting ideal, with his album, 'Wood For Trees' confirming this. His melodies, coupled with intelligent lyrics, plaintive, earthy vocal and unique playing style will give you an enriched listening experience. He has, of late, however, embraced an ambient electronic style, using synths and sampling to enhance his creativity. Listen to tracks from 'Land And Sea', you will find them most chilled.

His remit has always to impart Mood, with a capital 'M', and as you will hear, he has succeeded with these musical offerings to do just that. Looking forward to hearing more.....
