Eastman has been a respected presence in the Underground Music-Scene since the late 1990s. Producer and Remixer of Acts such as Miss Moon and Massive Ego, he began recording his own work in 2000, resulting in the release of his debut album "Flame" a year later. Eastman was living and working in London during this period, running the indie labels E2UK and Thirteen. Despite his intense schedule, Eastman found the time to write and produce his second pure-sex-to-the-ears album ?24Hours (The ?Deviants' Soundtrack)?, which aptly provided the Soundtrack to the X-rated film ?Deviants?.
Hardworking Eastman is planning to build on these successes and is aiming for maximum impact on the dance-floor over the next two years, beginning with the brilliant new single "Greedy Eyes (Separately Together)" co-written and sung by the enigmatic NEVE (for the curious, more can be found about Neve at her website www.littlenevewhite.com). The track ?Greedy Eyes (Separately Together)? first became popular as a viral video on YouTube under the name "icantrocknroll" where it generated an enthusiastic response and much speculation, being compared to projects such as those from Iammewhoami. In a recent interview with HONK! Magazine, Eastman said of ?Greedy Eyes?, "I wanna get the crowd movin' on the dance-floor with this one, really rock out". To accompany the release is a Sexy and Damn cool Music Video Directed & Produced by Swedish Director Anton Z Risan of Magic Mask Pictures and a collection of Remixes by: Semi-D, The Snoopy Lads, Sedat Altinok, Bjoern Nafe, HydrusX and Wave Dweller.
The single ?Greedy Eyes? is the first taste of what's to come from Eastman's work in progress, his exciting new album due for release in 2012 entitled, "I Can't Rock n Roll", which heralds a new direction, with a Club orientated sound rather than the Trip Hop heavy style of former releases. Eastman has further surprises in store, as well as various live PA's across Europe starting with dates in Berlin this July.
