A Classic Christmas by Scot Wisniewski

Wisniewski does everything well, and the song selection is just right. "Classic" does describe this marvelous album, and it's the perfect easy-listening/pop bouquet for the Christmas season.

In this sort of intimate setting, the singer's voice is center stage with nowhere to hide. Fortunately for Wisniewski (and the audience!), his sublime baritone is warm and welcoming; this artist comfortably owns every seasonal piece with effortless aplomb. His emotive approach is reverent on the moving "Silent Night" and boldly sassy on "We Need a Little Christmas." Wisniewski's drum articulation ("Pa rum-pum-pum-pum!") on "The Little Drummer Boy" is terrific, and the crystalline purity of his "Ave Maria" will bring tears to your eyes. The piano accompaniment is excellent, providing just the right support without overshadowing Wisniewski's fine pipes."

In 2002 Scot Wisniewski burst onto the NYC cabaret circuit with his debut show titled "The Beginning" at the legendary NYC cabaret club Don't Tell Mama. The show ran for three months to sold out crowds and stellar reviews, which is almost unheard of for a debut show. The rest, as they say, is history!

Later that year Scot released his first CD titled Scot Wisniewski: A Classic Christmas which has sold out every holiday season since. The CD has finally been released for sale year round via CD baby!

Scot has been acting and singing all his life. Before moving to NYC, Scot appeared in many regional theater productions. Since moving to NYC, Scot has landed roles in many independent and feature motion pictures. Scot is also an accomplished voice over artist, and has landed several national commercial spots. Scot has just finished recording an all new album of Broadway music. "I am very excited about this upcoming CD. We have some amazing musicians working on the album, and there will also be some surprise duets" said Scot. The album will be released in November 2005. Scot will also be staring in an all new cabaret show in early 2006.
