Bio / Background

We're About 9 is the three-part-harmony, singer-songwriter, adult-alternative-contemporary-folk niche group that exploded onto the folk circuit via the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in 2002 and 2003. With a profound vocal blend; mercilessly charming stage presence; articulate banter; and passionate, quirky, compelling, convoluted, crafted, literate songs We're About 9 earned the landslide top choice of the Falcon Ridge audience as "Most Wanted New Artist."

Pat Klink (vocals, guitars, djembe), Katie Graybeal (vocals, bass, acoustic guitar), and Brian Gundersdorf (vocals, acoustic guitar) have have been earning instant fans at clubs, coffeehouses and colleges across the North East, and the buzz has spread over much of the United States.
