What do you get when you mix steel drums, guitars, congas, strong vocals and lots of funky percussive stuff? Calypso sounds? ...Yeah... Caribbean influences?... Definitely...Rock and Roll rhythms?... Absolutely. That's Twist of Fate.... We're an eclectic mix of instruments playing a rich diversity of familiar sounds with our own unique style. As Twist of Fate we bring to our fans the laid back, unstressed moods of a tropical island regardless of the temperature or your particular latitude.
In our quaint surburban village 23 miles north of NYC, we have found an extension of our practice space. A cozy, basement bar with the greatest bartenders, cool regulars and good company offered into the wee hours of the morning. For those of you faraway or those close who have yet to stay up past our starting time, we want you to know Twist of Fate in our watering hole, The Cellar Bar.
