Bio / Background
Voyager Records proudly announces the first release in their new series “Accents For Solo Harp”. The series will feature a variety of styles and instruments for meditation and relaxation. This first release expounds the soft gentle sounds of the harp creating a calming, soothing environment. “ Accents For Solo Harp” is a collection of hymns selected by renowned harpist, Phyllis Taylor Sparks.

“Accents For Solo Harp” is the sixth release on Voyager Records for Ms Sparks. She holds Master and Bachelor Degrees in Music Performance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has a second Master’s Degree in Music Performance from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Phyllis is a former member of the famous Mantovani Orchestra.
