This album compiles the 7 tracks that make up Otherside's first 2 E.P. releases, plus a whole bunch of Demos, hard-to-find rare tracks, unreleased songs and instrumental versions that the band has recorded since their inception in 2005.
Bio / Background
This album is an important step for 'Otherside', as it neatly bookends the first phase! From the first demos that were recorded, through to all the songs on the 'Veil Of Tears' E.P. and the 3 track 'Swept Away [Tidal Mix]' singles.
'Audible Traces - Vol.1' also includes various musical odds-and-ends .. songs that didn't make the debut album ('Looking For The Fine Line') and songs that were discarded along the journey . There's even a song that was given to a colleague as a special birthday present!
' .. Traces' ends the first chapter in 'Otherside's story. We can now look forward to a 2nd studio album, to be released later in 2007.
For now, enjoy this collection of the first 2 official 'Otherside' single releases and their diamonds-in-the-rough nuggets, that really are .. pure gold.
