Bio / Background
Midnite's founders are ñGaindeî Ron Benjamin, keyboardist and musical director and his brother, Vaughn Benjamin, lead vocalist and principle songwriter. Together they have created a musical entity that has transformed reggae music and how we think about it. St. Croix, in the US Virgin Islands, is not necessarily American, and not at all Jamaican, but close enough to both coasts that the influences of each land is apparent upon first listen.
Bless Go Roun was produced by California's Higher Bound Productions. HBP was founded by Ryan Willard in early 2000. With's Vaughn's tuff vocal approach and the hip hop/reggae beats of Higher Bound, together they pave the way in a whole new sound that still continue's to defy listeners and fans today.
