Bio / Background
I was born in the back seat of a Checker cab in front of Lincoln Center in New York. The following does not include a better story, just a bit about what’s happened since.
I grew up in San Francisco, and after a sojourn in Austin, Texas – I returned to my home city to make a new record.
11 Songs was released independently March 28, 2007. Most of the tracks were recorded around Christmas at Hyde Street Studio C in San Francisco. Additional material was recorded in basements, closets, and other small dark spaces in San Francisco and Austin.
