Bio / Background
Invisible Inc. is breaking new ground as it fuses Hip-Hop and Spoken Word with the musical improvisations of jazz. Using an innovative combination of live horns, laptop looping, emceeing, talkbox and more, Invisible Inc's debut CD presents all-original raps and tunes from this young, talented, trio.
Lead emcee George Watsky, is a National Brave New Voices Poetry Slam Champion. He was featured on "Russell Simmons Presents Def Poetry" which aired on HBO. He has opened for Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Matisyahu, Lyfe Jennings, Bonnie Raitt, Michael Franti, Me'shell Ndegeocello. Watsky brings razor-sharp wordplay, a healthy dose of humor and a charismatic stage presence together with the occasional harmonica solo.
Producer/beatsmith/flutist/bassist and talkbox master Daniel Riera was awarded a merit scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music where he was selected into the competitive Music Synthesis major.
