GENEROUS JUICE

The members of this Van Nuys band refer to their brand of music as Spiritual Punk, but don't let this label limit your expectations. Hear the term punk, you expect to SLAM. It is so much more. See them live, be prepared to JAM (self-absorbed lumps of joyless goo excluded).

Clever, inventive hooks, interesting mid-song tempo variations, catchy bridges with influences that run an eye popping gamut of musical genres touching on black rock, speed metal, Germanic beerhall yodels, funk, folk, soul, grunge, jungle, techno, indigenous Incan mating chants, blues, rap, polka (just kiddin), delivered with an edge conveys an amazing amalgamation of styles and substance presented with an attitude in which the members don't take themselves too seriously, just their music. Perhaps a new musical genre is in order! Call it FunkyPunk.
