Bio / Background

ELLA (Elina Furmane)

Music is a part of Ella's life since the age of five, when her mother took her to learn to play the piano. Over the years, Ella's piano playing was appreciated not only in Latvia, but also in other countries – for instance, at a prestige pianist competition in France. After finishing studies at the music school, Ella did not want to devote her life only to the piano playing, she had found a new interest – singing. At first it was just a dream, but then a miracle happened – a competition of young performers "Fizz Super Star" was organized in Estonia, and Ella managed to be the only one from Latvia in the final.

This competition greatly changed Ella’s life; she received a great offer from the UK based manager Mel Bush (Vanessa Mae, Bond, Maxim etc). He offered Elina to start her carrier in England, but Elina wasn’t ready that time to leave the Latvia, school, etc since she was only 16.
