TRIBAL world, new age, ambient electronic, shamanic soundscapes. That about sums up the sounds on this CD.

DIDGERIDOO, Native American red hawk FLUTE, voice, various ETHNIC percussion, guitar with E-BOW, programming and synths are used in layers that compliment the combination of organic/acoustic with electronics.

This CD is basically in 2 parts. The first being the more rhythym driven, the second part is only two works that are the more ambient trance soundworlds that Dan is known for. Another mind altering journey from Dan Pound awaits you.

Dan Pound was classically trained on piano, guitar and double bass at an early age and started writing songs soon after. He went on to be in the local honor orchestra and was soon writing pieces for the entire ensemble.
