"Is Burning..." is the result of two years of recording, editing and various mental breakdowns.
This is the second full length album from Ctrl. Musical styles range from synth pop to electro goth to IDM to hard industrial dance. The influences of Covenant, Aphex Twin, Skinny Puppy, Download and Depeche Mode can all be heard.
After the recording of "Is Burning..." members of Ctrl went on to form the electro-pop band Low Technicians in 2001. In 2003 Ctrl Join Diffusion Records, Home of the synthpop band IRIS.
