Bio / Background

Another All Americano release, Latin Explosion is the Bendicion EP containing some of the most popular tracks of the first release, remixed, with a couple of new ones. Out of Northern V.A./Metro D.C. Bendicion has pioneered the new style of music, MEZCLADO, a mixture of urban styles and has nationally and internationally spread awareness of this new flavor. As an underground artist he has influenced producers and artists alike from all different styles and has opened eyes to a new understanding of music. In this album as in any other Bendicion release, expect to hear rapping, singing, Mezclado tracks, and live instrumentation. In a time when people are arguing the existence and relevance of styles and genres, Bendicion has spent no time dwelling on formulas of the past. Addressing real issues since the beginning as well as keeping the spirit of music alive, Mezclado encompasses the many facets of music. Latin Explosion has some of Bendicion's most recognized work.
