What is a Nap Classic?
It is a sound creation designed to facilitate fortuitous slumber in the form of napping (ideally), sleep, maundering, daydreaming, going out into space (commonly referred to as spacing out). The Nap Classic has also proved to be fruitful with many relaxation techniques from meditation to yoga.
