Featured artists to include Peter Bradley Adams, Catie Curtis, Roy Zimmerman, Kristina Olsen, Christine Lavin, Dakota Blonde, Lori Lieberman, David Roth and many more. Release date is March 23 of 2010.
As an actor, D.C. made his Broadway debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. He has toured nationally as Judge Coras in Boublil and Shoenberg's Martin Guerre, in The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nicleby, The Phantom of the Opera as Andre, and as Pippin in Pippin.
Regional credits include acting stints with the Steppenwolf Theater Company of Chicago - 'The Ballad of Little Jo' by Mike Reid and Sarah Schlesinger and directed by Tina Landau, Northlight Theater's 'Three Postcards' by Craig Carnelia and Craig Lucas, directed by David Petrarca and Guthrie Theater's Martin Guerre, directed by Conal Morrison. He performs solo concerts in theaters and cabaret rooms in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and others. Awards include Backstage Magazine's 2002 Singer/Songwriter Bistro Award and Cabaret Hotline Online's Jeff Matson Award.
In 1993 D.C. produced the first Holiday benefit recording for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Titled Cabaret Noel. This album was a 2 CD set featuring 22 new or never before recorded songs by Kander and Ebb, Stephen Sondheim and Jule Styne, Polly Pen, Alan Chapman, Roy Zimmerman, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens, Amanda McBroom, Michele Brourman, and others. Performances were by popular Broadway and cabaret performers Richard Kiley, Leslie Uggams, Robert Morse, Andrea Marcovicci, Cheryl Bentyne, Tommy Tune, Maureen McGovern, Karen Ziemba, Susan Stroman and Scott Ellis, Jeff Harnar, Portia Nelson, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Karen Akers, and others.
While touring Anderson performs his original songs in theaters and music rooms whenever and wherever possible.
