Crete Boom

Crete Boom is a rock band from Dublin, Ireland. Members include Seosamh Cahill, Colm Cahill, Mick Ruane, Patrick Delaney, Ben Green, Dee Al-Shamaa, and Wiley Wynne III. They started as a cover band in their early years, but they release their own music nowadays under a Creative Commons license. Seosamh Cahill, who writes the songs for the band, is influenced by the jazz and rock and roll he was exposed to from a very early age.

In his lyrics there are all kinds of writers and poets, pieces extracted from every bit of his education. He'll sneak in little things from Aristotle to Moliere to Thomas Hardy.
