32FramesPerSecond play fast melodic punk and make no apologies for it. Trapped in sleepy East Anglia, these four misfits from around the country have spent the past 3 years rocking the bollocks off Norwich and beyond with music that encompasses the best elements of melodically driven punk and the fast, all-out aggression of their harder-edged influences. Sticking proudly to their roots whilst mixing influences from right across the punk/hardcore board, this band has developed a distinctive sound described by Punktastic.
om as "energetic punk anthems in the truest sense, all swooping harmonies and breathless pace," which makes for a refreshing change in these dark times of character-less sound-a-like screamo bands with synchronised haircuts. Whatever you're into, you can rely on these guys to entertain you and challenge the way you view modern punk music; if it's bland, uninspired pop-based love-lorn crap you're after, then you're reading the wrong bio. However, if you want a passionate, aggressive and sincere band with a beautifully developed sense of melody and harmony, then you could do a lot worse than 32FramesPerSecond. Considering themselves primarily a live act and being fuelled by a bloody-minded desire to play as often as possible, any place, any time, you can always count on a blistering performance from four friends doing what they love and making music they can truly call their own. That's what rock was invented for, and this is a band leading the charge back to the traditional values of an increasingly diluted and poser-filled scene. Who's coming along for the ride?
