Andre ?Big Dre? Jewell who began making music with the release of his first album, "Twenty Third Street", which was released in 1995. In 1996 Big Dre released his second album titled "Let This Be The Reason?, and then his third album "Eyez Of A Soldier" in 1997, which would be soon followed in 1998 with his fourth release, "How We Live". In the early ?2000's? Big Dre, like many other rappers from the street, was recording his fifth project which would be titled ?Where I'm At Now?, but due to trials, tribulations, and the fast life of the streets, the album was never released.
The music finally caught back up with Big Dre in 2005 as he finished and released album number six, which was titled ?Bringing Heat? . In 2006, he released his seventh solo album "Re-Invented" which featured the majority of the other big-name Louisville rap artists. Around the same time Big Dre begin to enjoy success with syndicated television and movies, by successfully placing songs in the network hit "Third Watch?, and the movie's" The Gospel?, ?Roadhouse 2" and "Wieners". Still pursuing the independent grind in 2008 Big Dre releases "The Autobiography" and followed up in 2010 with the recent release "Recess Is Over". After enjoying his lengthy career in music as the only artist on his label, Big Dre teamed up with Mobstyle Music to build a well-deserved Kentucky empire operating independently to put the state on the map. Though he hasn't released an album with Mobstyle Music yet, he's in the studio recording daily as well as amongst the other Mobstyle Music artists every Monday for Mobstyle Monday's, which is the one day of the week that all of the Mobstyle artists make a point to get together in the studio and collaborate their ideas. Big Dre's next solo project he's working on is, ?Character? is currently in the works as well as a project that him and Bukshot are recording together called ?Couple of Loose Screws?.
