Warthrone

WARTHRONE, an orchestral Black / Death Metal project straddling Virginia and Florida, was assembled in early 2005 as a high profile collaboration between the LACERATION, WITCH-HUNT, SANGUINARY and DYING FETUS credited drummer Erik Sayenga, ex-WITCH-HUNT, NECROPSY and SANGUINARY singer Richard Johnson and ex-WITCH-HUNT, WARFAIR and DARK PURITY keyboard player / bassist Kristel. The band recorded five tracks in February at the group's own Full Blast Studios for an EP, 'Ghoststorm Eulogy', on their own imprint Full Blast Records.

The following year found Erik Sayenga laying down drums on Swedish outfit MORDICHRIST's debut album
