Viktoria Lakissova (November 27, 1975 in Saint Petersburg) is a Russian pianist. Studies in St. Petersburg and Hamburg with Ekaterina Murina and Volker Banfield. Lakissova has won in the recent history of her career numerous international awards including the 2002 Knight Award of the Oscar and Vera Ritter-Stiftung in Hamburg for artistic excellence. Lakissova is mainly through interpretations of works that emerged in the 18th Century.

Lakissova is mainly through interpretations of works that emerged in the 18th Century. In 2000, she was awarded the Mozart Prize of the International Piano Competition in Sydney. She performs throughout Europe as a chamber musician and soloist. In 2004, she recorded her debut CD for Sony. Also in 2004, she appeared in the series "Music of Tribute" with her recording of "Hommage ? Scarlatti" on Labor Records, New York with works by Domenico Scarlatti, who influenced later composers like Walter Steffens, Kurt?g, Alkan among others.
Lakissova is working regularly together with cellist Krivoborodov Valeri, a member of the Shostakovich String Quartet in Hamburg.
From 2001 to 2008, she taught piano at the Hochschule f?r Musik und Theater in Hannover. Since 2007, Viktoria Lakissova lives near Baden-Baden.
