Victoria Robertson Victoria Robertson is a tall and elegant young Mezzo-soprano recently having won the La Jolla Symphony and Chorus Young Artist Competition as well as the Carlsbad to Karlovy Vary Vocal Competition for classical singers. Some of her performance highlights include soloing for the San Diego Symphony, La Jolla Symphony, and 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band. Victoria is earning an artist diploma in vocal performance at San Diego State University and currently has tours scheduled for New Mexico and the Czech Republic.
She studies with opera singers Mary MacKenzie, Brian Asawa, and Daniel Hendrick.
Victoria grew up in Princeton, NJ and Morgan Hill, CA performing in school productions and church choirs. She was soon accepted as a member of the San Jose Children's Musical Theater and trained in acting and musical theater. Her last production with the company featured her as Lily in The Secret Garden at the age of eighteen. During these years Victoria also had a great deal of stage experience as a runway model in San Francisco: A continuation of her years as a baby model in New York City. Victoria won several horseback riding championships in her early years and has a great love for animals. She was also a ranked tennis player in New Jersey and continued to play through college (later teaching the sport to young children). Victoria's love for children and business lead her to develop a children's entertainment company called Princess Parties and Friends and she currently employees several entertainers to expose kids to music.
