Ari Inkilainen was born in Finland, December 1971, immediately interested in music. From just a boy, Ari was drawn towards rhythmical instruments, which lead to his admiration for global instruments. As Ari got older he was influenced by the many artists that surrounded him and became aware of his passion for the keyboard. Throughout the years, he expanded his interests to electronic music being taken by the synthetic music.
Throughout the years, he expanded his interests to electronic music being taken by the synthetic music. When Ari was still in his teen years he travelled around the world to observe the different music cultures; trying to understand and accept them to apply to his own personal and growing art life. After Travelling Ari settled in England, and from there he bought his first synths and drum machine. The first works were very experimental.
By covering other artists he learned the different sound-worlds that come from the synth keyboards. Studying and working on the other artists' music gave Ari the wind under his wings to write his own material, as opposed to playing cover songs. His music began to take on a shape of its' own, creating Ari's personal and unique style, that has lead to his present works. He has studied and taught himself to play the keyboards. Ari's music is created from his internal connection to classical music mixed with the world of synthesizer music.
His Finnish heritage which includes choral singing, composing and string instruments also effects his work, creating the variety of his music. Along with his music, Ari composes poems and writes lyrics. At the age of 34 the saga continues in Finland where he now lives and behind the synths he stays. The worlds of electronic music are to be shown to the public as images of electronic music and sights of the inner world.
