The Tommy Gallagher Band was started in April of 2004 in Amarillo, TX. Influenced by the Texas Country sound, TGB quickly found their spot among others in this genre. By August 2004 they were headlining at The Golden Light and Midnight Rodeo in Amarillo. Tommy Gallagher, the band's front man, is no stranger to the music scene. As a youngster he could be found traveling with his grandfather, honky tonk hero Tommy Allen, who played with stars such as Bob Wills and Lefty Frizzel.
With albums such as "Never Looking Back" (2006) and "Always Something" (Produced by Texas Country great Mike McClure who actually played on the album) released in 2009, TGB is sure to be rocking Texas Country and Reddirt fans everywhere for quite sometime.
