ThorNton Creek

ThorNton Creek is an Americana band playing an eclectic mix of roots music. The lead singer and songwriter, Thornton Bowman, grew up in Abingdon, VA which is about a stones throw away from TN, the Appalachian Mountains, and the Carter family store. His childhood influences include Joe and Eddie, Mahalia Jackson, Hank Williams, The Limelighters, The Band, John Prine, James Taylor, The Clancy Brothers, Lynard Skynard, and AC\DC.

He now lives in Seattle, WA where he writes music and drinks strong beer.
