The Bootcuts

The Bootcuts started with very humble beginnings as a cubicle-based trio (Cristal, Meg and Matt) singing songs about hyperactive cats, swampbuggies and tornadoes. It's all they knew. As they added key members to the band?Lori on vocals, Tom on bass, Ross on drums?they developed their sound and expanded their songwriting to include topics such as building relationships, the destruction of those relationships, and the rebuilding of THOSE destructed relationships.

And they ramped up a pretty fun live show in the process.

?Misisipi? Mike Wolf was added to replace ex-boyfriend guitarist Jon Seltzer (long story) and there you have the modern sounds of The Bootcuts.
