2) Doom Metal from Norway

In 2008 ?yvind left the band and was replaced by Henrik M. Arnesen on guitar.

After some problems finding a new vocalist, Kristian took on the job and Vegard Hermstad joined on guitar. The band started working on new material that ended with their 3 track "Demo '11" being released on September 29. 2011.

3) While SUMMIT was founded in the fall months of 2003, its roots go back years earlier when ten year old Tim White and seven year old Peter Lanctot were growing up studying classical music together in their eastern Pennsylvania home town. During his sophomore year of college, Tim started a band with fellow students Rob, and Eric, and renowned Irish musician Terry McLaughlin, called One-Drop 4. They were immediately successful in landing numerous shows and their initial recordings spread rapidly via the internet. In the winter months of 2004, it was decided that Peter should join the group with his virtuosic violin, guitar, and vocal talent and the band changed their name to SUMMIT. SUMMIT's influences range from contemporary artists such as Dispatch and The Dave Matthews Band, to classic rock bands Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones to reggae and funk bands The JB's and The Wailers. Summit is most known for their exciting and innovative live act. From trading instruments mid song to creative jam sessions, the band is constantly shifting the musical canvas to entertain audiences. The group is currently in an active production arrangement with famed Jazz bassist Gene Perla.
