Steve Bell (born 17 November 1960) is a Canadian singer/songwriter and guitarist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is known for an extensive catalogue of songs including "Deep Calls to Deep", and is among the best-known Christian musicians in Canada. Bell was the Juno Award's first winner for Best Gospel Album. That category formed in 1998 out of the previous Blues/Gospel Album category, representing the industry's recognition of Contemporary Christian Music in Canada.
