"Assembly line future-funk music." Jordan Rishel a.k.a The Snowman (Jack)'s style is unique. The Detroit-Metro native is out to bring the world into his new industrial revolution. The Motown legacy doesn't daunt him as much as it inspires him, and he carries the Jazz, Soul, and Funk that made the golden era of Detroit's musical history so rich with him every time he touches the tables or MPC. "It's about vision about legacy about the ability to create to create a reflection of myself that will be here long after I'm gone.

Setting out down a path less traveled, the Snowman (a member of the Jack Sample Professionals, thus Snowman Jack) has paid his dues. He left his Detroit area home in 2000 to pursue a career in music. 8 years later he is knee deep in his own potential with notable credits alongside more projects on the way for this year and beyond. "It's all about knowing what's out there, and that it's possible to have it."

The 32 degrees or less producer/DJ/visual artist has seen his beats make it across the Atlantic on a few occasions (Deviation hosted by Benji B has shown the snowman a lot of airtime), as well as having worked with Guilty Simpson (Stones Throw), DJ Rhettmatic (Visionaries/Beat Junkies), Ta'Raach and the Lovelution (Tres Records), Shawn Jackson (Tres Records), Buff 1 (A-Side), Illa J (Delicious Vinyl), Beloved, Majestik Legend, and Ty & Kory (Buddha Brown / Sony), and it's just pushing him harder. "I plan on going as far as it takes me. I will continue to create music until Im physically unable to."
