Shagg combines classic R&B and soul with award-winning pop/rock songwriting. Buh Ba Ba Ba is their first full-length release. The goal was to make a record that captured the band's energetic live sound, with a minimum of overdubbing. Three days in the studio yielded 12 songs ranging from the exuberant funk of the title track to the aching "Shade of Melancholy."
