"Some that hate us, some that love us, but there still ain't none above us..." Scarecrow Hill is an "aggressive rock" band from Plymouth, MA ... with over 10 changes from their original line up since 2003, the band has taken up blending heavy metal, hip-hop, southern rock influences, and good ol' fashioned rock and roll to create a unique sound. Their lyrics are laden with anger, pain, controversy, and of course, sarcastic humor to top it all off. From heart-wrenching ballads to skull-smashing breakdowns, they play it all - they don't call them "mosh pit love songs" for nothing, you know.

They have proven themselves a musical force - with non-stop writing, their song books grow thicker by the day, their fan base (and hate-brigade) - bigger by the show.
"i dare any of y'all to try and top this shit
three discs - one year....you cant fuck with this!"
Scarecrow Hill has come together with other New England bands, such as Mongrel, Stryk Nine, and Hostile Ground to form Hill Nation - as well as a group called Hatchets on the Hill - for the many Juggalo supporters out there as well. And last, but certainly not least, the Hill Dolls are just as much a huge part of the family Hill has created. If you see an underage girl in a skirt dancing at a show where Hill is playing - it's almost guaranteed she's a Doll. Then again, you won't just see one, they come in droves to every show Hill plays to show their 'love.'
"I've built up a family of scarecrows and dolls
and the gate, we keep it locked cuz we been through it all"
Hill Nation is also an avid supporter of the West Memphis Three campaign, and have played benefit shows and even dedicated two songs - "Damien's Echo" and "Banks of Robin Hood" - to the Three.
Hill's release of "The Rise of the Failure King" is a complete 2-disc set bound to shatter your opinion on what "original sound" means. Comes complete with a free bonus; cocky attitude, wit, and plenty of songs about stealing your lady friends!
Hill debuted the music video for their hit single "RISE" on October 31 2010, at their annual Hilloween. They released their 5th album titled "Legend in Hell" and have continued on to play over 1,200 shows.
They're newest record "After All" dropped in October of 2011.
