Formed in 2004, No Lindsay is an surrealist electro pop duo formed in Brooklyn NY, featuring the lead vocals, beats, and keyboards of Rob S. and the guitars of Mark Marshall. Haunting, catchy, and crafty songwriting have always been their mainstay. The new No Lindsay is radically different from the old band, due to Ingersoll's new solo route, going back to his roots to perform live electronics and multiple casio keyboards.
No Lindsay was originally a rock quartet made up of members of the band, Dub Trio with Rob S. as the singer, before cultivating the electro sound it has today. The band released its debut EP, Turn, Smile, & Wave, on January 2004. The EP was well received and acclaimed by Billboard Magazine after winning their international award for best rock.
