The story behind the music:

It starts with the song Soldier. Mark Dakota wrote the song after watching a television show about the
soldiers in Iraq and their families back home. Mark was driving to the store, thinking about what he had
seen. He pulled over, grabbed his guitar from the back seat of his truck, and began to play.

Soldiers from across the nation connected with the music, and SoldierWall.com was born.
