They have recently recorded a new album, 'The Truth About a Push Me Pull You' which follows the debut album 'Shell' (2007), have been played and interviewed on various radio stations and have licensed a few tracks for release on various regional and national compilations, and for use on an advert by charity World Vision.
Lemanis have live shows ranging from (at smallest) 4 piece acoustic to 14 piece fully amplified gigs with horn section, string section, acoustic and electric guitars, electric bass and double bass, flute, melodian and female vocalist. The sound on the album fluctuates between the full big band sound and smaller line up, but many of the songs can get played in both ways, or anything in between.
