Pop/Rock

Aguaturbia was a Chilean rock band formed in 1968, featuring Carlos Corales (guitars) and his wife Denise (vocals). The rest of the band included Willy Cavada (drums) and Ricardo Briones (bass). Recognised as pioneers of psychedelic rock in Latin America, they also caused controversy in the Chilean media of those years with their album covers. On March 13, 1970, La Segunda newspaper featured on its front page Aguaturbia's first album cover, with the band members posing naked.
