FIRST SIGNS OF FROST

Since forming in July 2004 'First Signs of Frost' (Dan Tompkins - Vocals, Owen Hughes-Holland - Vocals/ Guitar, Adam Mason - Guitar, Simon Poulton - Bass and William Gates - Drums) have made a significant impact on the underground scene, pushing boundaries with their unique blend of technical instrumentation, epic soundscapes and soaring melody. Driven by their passion for music and strong commitment, the future for this band is looking extremely promising.

FSOF have shared the stage with the likes of Mahumodo, LostProphets, The Reunion Show in the past and have recently played along side: Sikth, Beecher, Architects, Enter Shikari, Dopamine, Skirtbox, Days in December, The Blackout, Firstborn and Devil Sold His Soul to name just a few.

The band have been causing a stir nationwide and have recieved press coverage in the likes of Metal Hammer, Rock Sound, Big Cheese and Salvo magazine among others. As well as winning over fans as far afield as Japan, Europe and the USA. 2007 proved to be busy for FSOF, with the release of their long awaited 2nd EP ?The Lost Cause', out later on that same year through Zestone Records (Japan) plus upcoming tours to follow promoting their new release.

In 2008 the band started writing material for their full length debut titled Atlantic and released in 2009. The album received positive reviews from magazines and sites like Metal Hammer and Kerrang

Now, after the departure of Dan Tompkins from the band, FSOF is in the searching of a new frontman and also in the writing of new material for their fan base.
